Objective
1. The objective of T & P cell is to achieve 100% placement to all the passing out students as per the policy @ of ONE PERSON ONE JOB first. A candidate selected for one job is further restricted to another recruitment till everybody get an opportunity.

2. Coaching & helping the students to improve their skills in resume writing communication, written tests, group discussion, technical and personal interviews. 

3. Organizing industrial visits, training programmers and conducting guest lecturers by distinguished technocrats and eminent industry personalities for better industrial interface.

The Techno School has achieved a very good track record in its successful completion of 5th  year. The students of The Techno School have already appeared their on/off campus drives in the companies like Satyam, L&T Infotech, Birlasoft, Subex world, Kite Communication, Smadurk Infotech Pvt. Ltd. About eighty(80%) percentage of the students have already received their offer letters on their 6th semester. The most outstanding achievement of the institute is one of the students  of Computer Science Department has received an offer latter for package of Rupees six lakhs from ICICI Prudential life insurance during his 4th semester. The placement activities for 2010 batch is still open and the cell is in contact of another ten(10) MNC’s and eight(8) nearby core industries to give 100% placement.

PRE-PLACEMENT TRAINING
The Techno School provides pre-placement training to its students from their beginning of 3rd year curriculum. Apart from giving emphasis on technical skills the students are being taken care to develop their levels on aptitude, reasoning, Group discussion, soft skill & personal interview to face the competition during various on campus and off campus drives. During the PPT program the institute also arranges HR talks by the experts from reputed industries.
